LandCare Promotes Five

People on the Move

LandCare announced the recent promotions of five employees, further committing to internal career development across all levels.

Formerly account managers, Casey Black and Kenneth (Kenny) Culberson were promoted to branch managers. They will lead the Inland Empire and Dallas East branches respectively. Quinton Peak and Jeremy Smartt, both production managers, were promoted to account managers in the Nashville and Dallas West locations. Lastly, in the Richmond branch, William Flipp Iii was promoted to production manager from supervisor driver.

“We are truly dedicated to supporting our team members and developing their careers at LandCare,” says Mike Bogan, CEO. “It’s exciting to see what these individuals have accomplished. We have a young professional that we recruited out of college and now he’s an Account Manager of a branch. We love stories like this. As LandCare continues to grow, we’re deeply focused on creating more opportunities for our employees.”

LandCare’s branch hierarchy is structured for performance excellence in service delivery and employee career advancement. As a branch leader, the branch manager position oversees all business and service functions within its location. Account managers drive customer relations and growth while the production manager supervises day-to-day operations. Both positions report up to the branch manager.
