Our community of team members look out for each other. We replicate this culture of caring within our own company, striving to be a place where team members “pass the hat” to help others when they need it most. We established Tangerine Employee Relief Fund (TERF) for our most vulnerable team members to seek financial assistance.
Initially established during COVID, TERF was a means to assist our team members affected by the pandemic. This has since expanded – we know that sometimes unexpected medical bills, family emergencies and unforeseen setbacks happen, and TERF is our team members financial resource. We’re proud that our team members come together to support one another, and have assisted 139 team members since its inception.
TERF is a nonprofit 501(c)(3)* created to facilitate financial relief for active employees in good standing. Employees can request a grant, anonymously reviewed by an Approval Committee comprised of LandCare employees from across the company.
