1997 — 1999
ServiceMaster, a residential and commercial services leader, brings the most successful and experienced landscape companies together to form TruGreen LandCare, one of the largest landscape companies in the nation.
2000 — 2008
TruGreen LandCare divests its operations of ancillary service lines to focus its mission solely on commercial landscape management.
TruGreen LandCare separates from ServiceMaster. A fresh start allows the business to refine systems and processes that better serve commercial property managers.
Under new direction the industry's most passionate and experienced leaders assemble to introduce a new brand, LandCare, refocusing the company's passion for landscaping and customer care.
LandCare’s management team assumes complete ownership from parent company Aurora, securing LandCare’s future as a commercial landscape company owned and operated by landscape professionals.
