    Mike assumed the role of CEO in 2014, helping the company discover its values, leading it through a rebrand and building its leadership team. He's a lifelong landscape professional.

    Dan Krems Chief Financial Officer

    With a deep background in financial analysis and a passion for defining systems to improve service and quality, Dan leads the accounting and administrative functions across the organization.

    Rob Barber Executive Vice President, Operations

    Estimating, purchasing and operational planning roll up to Rob. A career landscape professional, he leads the LandCare Support Center, providing the systems and tools to serve our clients.

    Tim Martinez Executive Vice President, West

    Tim utilizes his deep experience in the golf and landscape management fields to drive our service teams to create inspiring landscapes and delight our clients.

    Neil Carter Executive Vice President, East

    A lifetime in the landscape industry and turns as an entrepreneur, consultant and corporate leader built Neil’s unmatched resume of growing tomorrow’s leaders and today’s service teams
