LandCare is pleased to announce the promotion of Jared Rice to Regional Manager of Northern California. Jared Rice joined LandCare in 2008 and has most notably contributed to the growth of the Texoma region.

“Throughout his career, Jared has demonstrated effective leadership to our team,” says Mike Bogan, CEO. “Jared has served as a Branch Manager in California and Texas, with a stint as a Director of Operations, and improved every business unit he has been involved with. I am immensely grateful to Karen Wilkinson for her leadership to NorCal, and equally excited to see the region’s continued growth under Jared’s direction.”

As Branch Manager, Jared has led branches in San Diego, Austin and recently Dallas/Fort Worth. He delivers results by guiding teams to drive customer satisfaction, quality, and growth. Additionally, his strength in leadership has empowered and provided growth opportunities for his team members.

Jared’s management approach has been to hone in on actionable insights and accept that one size does not fit all. “You need to focus on one or two items that can move each branch’s respective needle,” he explains. The results have supported Jared’s view, distinguishing him as an emerging leader at LandCare.

A driven professional, Jared professes, “What excites me about the role of Regional Manager is the opportunity it affords me to grow personally and professionally and the outstanding team I am fortunate to join in Northern California.
