The Nasher Sculpture Center is a museum dedicated to contemporary art in the heart of the Arts District in downtown Dallas, featuring over 300 pieces from some of the most recognized artists of the 20th century. The outdoor garden houses large sculptures that rely on the landscape to properly frame the view of the art as the artist intended, meaning the trees, plants, and grass surrounding the pieces play an integral role in complementing them. Because of this, the garden’s landscape may be changed whenever a new piece is introduced to the
collection.
