SAN DIEGO, CA — LandCare announces the promotion of Gonzalo Aleman to Market Vice President of its Inland Empire market and Justine Solorio to Branch Manager of its Ontario, CA operations.

A Southern California native, Aleman joined LandCare in April 2017 as a Production Manager in the Riverside branch and advanced to Account Manager, where he played a key role in growing the Inland Empire market. His contributions helped establish the need for expanded operations, leading to the opening of the Ontario branch in 2025. He was named Branch Manager of the new Ontario location, where he built the foundation for the branch’s operations. He completed LandCare’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as part of Cohort 4. In his new role as Market Vice President, Aleman will oversee the Riverside and Ontario branches.

Solorio joined LandCare in October 2024 as an Account Manager, bringing marketing and property management experience to the company. She began in the Riverside branch before moving to the Ontario location when it opened in 2025, where she worked closely with Aleman. Beyond her account responsibilities, Solorio serves on LandCare’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Steering Committee and remains active with BOMA Inland Empire, participating in programs focused on legislative issues affecting commercial real estate and its partners. She completed LandCare’s ALDP as part of Cohort 2 in April 2025. As Branch Manager, she will lead the Ontario team and continue building the branch’s market presence.

“Gonzalo is an impressive leader who stands out for the way he develops, mentors and invests in the people around him,” said Alec Ryan, Vice President of LandCare’s Southwest Division. “Since becoming Branch Manager of Ontario, he has grown the business while preparing others to take on greater responsibility. Justine quickly made an impression after joining our team, and through her work with Gonzalo and participation in ALDP, it became clear that she was ready to lead a branch. I am excited to see Gonzalo lead the Riverside and Ontario teams and Justine continue building the Ontario branch.”

These promotions support continued growth across the Inland Empire and reflect LandCare’s focus on developing and promoting leaders from within.
