Reflecting its commitment to developing leaders from within, LandCare announces the promotion of BJ Kelly to Northeast Market Vice President and Andrew Majczan to Branch Manager of its Allentown operations.

A 20-year green industry veteran, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and General Agriculture from Delaware Valley University. His career spans account management, operations and branch leadership roles, including service with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. Since joining LandCare in 2018 as Branch Manager at the Allen

town location, Kelly strengthened operational performance and built long-standing client relationships, while developing his branch team with the skills to become leaders, like Majczan. As Northeast Market Vice President, he will oversee operations across New Jersey, Allentown and the Philadelphia metro area.

Majczan holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Temple University and has 13 years of industry experience. He joined LandCare in 2020 as a Production Manager in the Allentown branch and was promoted to Account Manager in 2022. He completed LandCare’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as part of Cohort 3 in October 2025. Majczan is recognized for his client-focused approach, attention to operational detail and collaborative leadership style.
