SAN DIEGO, CA — LandCare has expanded operations in Richmond and Kansas City with the addition of new branch locations to support continued growth in both markets. As part of this growth, the company has promoted Ryan Jagroop to Branch Manager of Richmond South and Carlos Diaz to Branch Manager of Kansas City South.

Jagroop has eight years of management experience with a knowledge base that includes accounting, staffing and logistics. Before joining LandCare, he served as Team Manager for a national landscape company, building a strong foundation in green industry operations. He joined LandCare in March 2023 as an Account Manager, where he built lasting client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness and ability to anticipate property needs. He completed LandCare’s ALDP as part of Cohort 2 in October 2024.

“Ryan has a genuine passion for the green industry combined with diverse experience in operations and client service,” said Chris Coffman, Division Vice President for the East Coast. “His ability to build trust with clients while maintaining high standards makes him well-suited to lead our Richmond South branch.”

Diaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Kansas State University and recently earned his MBA from Pittsburg State University. Before joining LandCare, he served as Operations Manager at a regional landscape company for six years. He joined LandCare in December 2023 as a Production Manager, where he excelled in branch operations and client relationship management. He was promoted to Account Manager in September 2024 and completed LandCare’s ALDP as part of Cohort 1 in October 2024. Diaz is recognized for his business acumen, focus on quality and commitment to team development.

“Carlos brings both the business expertise and hands-on operational experience needed to lead in a competitive market,” said Ryan Lister, Market Vice President of the Midwest. “His track record in building lasting client relationships and developing his team members will serve Kansas City South well as we establish our presence in this market.”
