LandCare promotes Scott Mellows to Branch Manager of its Lorton, VA location.
Mellows holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from DePaul University and brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial landscape management. Before joining LandCare, he served as Regional Landscape Director at a real estate company in North Carolina, where he partnered with property managers and vendors to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces for residential communities. He joined LandCare in June 2025 as an Account Manager, drawing on his experience managing client accounts and his expertise in large-scale maintenance, enhancements and irrigation systems.
“Scott’s extensive industry experience has made a strong impact on the Lorton branch team,” said Chris Coffman, East Division Vice President. “In a short time, he’s worked closely with field teams to improve service delivery and demonstrated a commitment to developing his people. His ability to manage complex properties while building strong client relationships positions him well to lead the branch.”
