SAN DIEGO, CA — LandCare announces the promotion of Lauren Mocettini to Branch Manager of its Laurel, Maryland location.
Mocettini holds a Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences with a concentration in Public Horticulture from California Polytechnic State University and an MBA from Wilmington University. She joined LandCare in August 2021 as an Account Manager in the Laurel branch. Mocettini has demonstrated leadership beyond her role responsibilities through active involvement in LandCare’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and the Baltimore chapter of BOMA, strengthening community partnerships and the branch’s industry presence. She completed LandCare’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as part of Cohort 3 in October 2025.
“Lauren has grown into this opportunity through the work she’s put in every day,” said Chris Coffman, East Division Vice President. “She’s built great relationships with clients, stayed involved in our industry and never stopped looking for ways to develop as a leader. She understands what makes a branch successful, and I’m looking forward to seeing her lead the Laurel team.”
