SAN DIEGO, CA – LandCare has expanded its Houston footprint with the addition of a third branch location to support growing operations within the market. Supporting this momentum, the company has promoted three leaders: Eric Owens to Market Vice President of South Texas, overseeing regional operation

s; Michael Healey to Branch Manager of the newly opened Houston North branch; and Jordan Rudd to Branch Manager of Houston Central.

Owens holds a bachelor’s degree in business, management, and marketing from Purdue University and brings 20 years of industry experience to his new role. He joined LandCare in 2023 as an Account Manager. He quickly earned a promotion to Branch Manager of its Houston Central location, where he built a reputation for developing high-performing teams through hands-on coaching and mentorship. Owens’ leadership approach emphasizes team empowerment and professional growth, consistently driving performance and expanding revenue.

Healey, a turfgrass science graduate from Texas A&M University, has nine years of cross-functional experience in both landscaping and logistics. Since joining LandCare as an Account Manager in May 2023, he has leveraged his operational and technical knowledge to drive results. Healey graduated from LandCare’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) as part of Cohort I in 2024. He will oversee branch operations for LandCare’s newest location, servicing clients in the Woodlands, Spring and Conroe.

Rudd holds a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and has a background in teaching and customer service. She joined LandCare in June of 2024 as an Account Manager and thrived in the role by leveraging problem-solving and client relationship-building to deliver a positive customer experience. Rudd graduated from LandCare’s ALDP, with Cohort II in April 2025.
