Atlanta North knocks CommunityCare Day out of the park
When head baseball coach Allan Bailey opened a new indoor hitting facility at Apalachee High School in June, he quickly realized the school did not have the funds to landscape the surrounding area. The property needed better drainage and a more professional look, so Mr. Bailey reached out to our Atlanta North branch for support.
AM Pernell Roberts, PM Mike Dorman, Joey Gonzalez, and Paul Dunklee volunteered two hours on a Saturday morning to install fresh sod, shrubs, and pine straw. The crew also instructed the baseball team on how to maintain the landscape. Bailey expressed his gratitude to the crew for helping to enhance the look and functionality of the new facility.
