SAN DIEGO, CA — LandCare announces Alex Krupicka as Branch Manager of its Nashville, Tennessee location.
Krupicka recently graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture with a concentration in Landscape Design and Contracting. During his time at CSU, he served as president of the Student Organization of Landscape Design and Contracting (SOLDAC), where he led industry partnerships and mentored fellow students. His leadership contributions were recognized with the Charles N. Shepardson Student Leadership Award.
Before joining LandCare, Krupicka spent two years engaging with the company through internships, branch visits and meetings with senior leaders while completing his degree. His internship experience included time in Orlando, Chicago, Phoenix and Charlotte, where he gained firsthand exposure to branch operations, financial performance and business processes. Throughout college, he also continued to operate Mountain Time Property Improvement, the landscape enhancement company he founded in high school. Prior to graduation, Krupicka earned his Tennessee contractor’s license in preparation for his role in Nashville. He is currently pursuing his Tennessee pesticide contractor license.
“Alex impressed us from the start,” said Scott Watson, Southeast Division Vice President. “He came into his internship eager to learn, asked thoughtful questions and made the most of every opportunity to understand our business. He works hard, takes ownership and builds trust quickly. Those are the kinds of qualities that make me excited to see him lead our Nashville branch.”
Recognizing and developing emerging talent remains a key part of LandCare’s long-term approach to strengthening local leadership.
