Ashley Plaetzer, Director — Talent, recently joined the team in Southern California. She went out into the field to get some hands-on experience and find out what our team members do on a daily basis. In Inland Empire, Ashley worked with a crew at Welbrook on Arlington, a senior living center. At the end of the hot day, she helped hand out ice pops to the hot crews. She had a wonderful time!
