LandCare welcomes two new leaders who foster professional growth and passion.
People on the Move
For ten years, Frank led the HR function at San Diego-based Veridiam, a manufacturing company supplying the medical, nuclear and aerospace industries. Frank’s team was recognized numerous times by several organizations for being a top company to work for and for the effective training and development programs they implemented to support the company’s growth.
Frank will lead the effort to ensure that LandCare’s 4,000+ employees receive the professional development and training opportunities needed to grow a world-class workforce.
“Chris’ enthusiasm and experience in leading multi-disciplined work groups to achieve tangible results will be an asset to LandCare’s efforts to recruit, retain and develop the best team in the landscape industry,” said CEO, Mike Bogan.
“I was intrigued with LandCare’s business plan, and I see the company growing significantly over the next several years,” commented Frank. “More importantly, everyone I met at LandCare has a sincere passion for the business and industry, with a high level of energy and engagement in the company and their jobs. You don’t see that level of enthusiasm at most organizations, and I knew that I needed to be a part of it.”
Neil Carter brings a lifetime of green industry experience to the table: former business owner, top executive for Brickman’s Midwest Division, and most recently as an independent consultant. His breadth of knowledge includes construction, design, maintenance and snow management, as well as business strategy and acquisition integration. He is passionate about mentoring teams, building strong relationships and thinking outside the box.
“If you asked me to name the most accomplished senior leaders in the landscape industry today, Neil would be at the top of my list,” enthused Bogan. “I couldn’t be more excited that he has chosen to join the team.”
“It’s important to me to be a part of a team that is proactive in building a legacy of new leaders that will impact the green industry for years to come,” said Carter. “There are few companies that strive to positively impact people’s lives every day. It’s rewarding to be aligned with leaders in a value centric organization that are all equally focused on that mission.”
