Over the past week, Account and Production Managers in the Texas and Oklahoma region met for two training sessions and internal networking opportunities. Account Managers met for a discussion led by Director of Employee Development Dana Christenson, which focused on Interactive Customer Service as well as tools for delivering exceptional customer care. This week, Production Managers engaged in a relationship building discussion and irrigation systems refresher course with Director of Operations Ryan Lister. New team members became certified in irrigation controllers and participated in a safety orientation class with East Division Safety Director Doug Swistock.

Each team appreciated the opportunity to grow and network with their regional peers while focusing on professional improvement.
